Meet Kati, a Midwest transplant who has called San Diego home for the past 10 years. Kati brings a background in tech, hospitality, and operations to the team—along with a deep love of women's sports and the communities built around them.

Her path to One of Us started the way the best things do: organically. Kati was wearing her Togethxr Everybody Watches Women's Sports shirt at a bar when Patricia and Kalani spotted it and introduced themselves. That chance meeting turned into a friendship, and eventually, an easy yes to joining the team.

Growing up in Indiana, Kati was a competitive cheerleader, volleyball player, and cross country runner. These days you'll find her cheering on the San Diego Wave—she and her husband have been season ticket holders since the club's very first season. When she's not at a match, she's likely planning her next trip somewhere new, or out exploring with her corgi Wrigley.

Kati joined One of Us because she believes in what the team is building—a real home for women's sports fans in San Diego. She brings her experience across tech, hospitality, and operations to help make that vision a reality, one game at a time.
