Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the One Of Us Wolf Pack Legacy Club (“Club”). By making a contribution and joining the Club, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
One Of Us (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes in writing.
2. Legacy Club Tiers and Contributions
Legacy Club is structured across four contribution tiers. The following table summarizes each tier and its associated benefits:
Tier 1
Contribution: $2,500–$4,999
Key Benefits: Wolf Pack Plaque, limited edition merch, soft opening invite, birthday pint glass & drink
Tier 2
Contribution: $5,000–$9,999
Key Benefits: All Tier 1 benefits + One Of Us exclusive events, extended happy hour (holder + 1 guest)
Tier 3
Contribution: $10,000–$19,999
Key Benefits: All Tier 2 benefits + extended happy hour (holder + 2 guests), annual private picnic, menu sneak peeks
Tier 4
Contribution: $20,000+
Key Benefits: All Tier 3 benefits + extended happy hour (holder + 4 guests), event discounts, exclusive partner perks
Full benefit details for each tier are set out in Section 4 of this Agreement.
3. Contributions and Payments
3.1 Nature of Contribution
All contributions made under this Club are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by One Of Us. Contributions do not constitute equity, debt, ownership, or any financial return entitlement of any kind.
3.2 Payment
Contributions must be made in the amount corresponding to the Member’s elected tier. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Contributions must be paid in full prior to the activation of any Legacy Club benefits.
3.3 Tier Assignment
Legacy Club tier is determined solely by the total contribution amount received. One Of Us reserves the right to verify payment before activating benefits.
4. Member Benefits
4.1 Tier 1 – $2,500 to $4,999
Lifetime Wolf Pack Plaque
One limited edition One Of Us merchandise package
One invitation to the One Of Us soft opening event
Free birthday drink
4.2 Tier 2 – $5,000 to $9,999
All Tier 1 benefits, plus:
Invitations to One Of Us Exclusive events
Extended happy hour privileges for the Legacy Club holder and one (1) guest
4.3 Tier 3 – $10,000 to $19,999
All Tier 2 benefits, plus:
Extended happy hour privileges for the Legacy Club holder and up to two (2) guests
Annual private picnic hosted by One Of Us
Menu update sneak peeks prior to public announcement
4.4 Tier 4 – $20,000 and above
All Tier 3 benefits, plus:
One free year of Pack Pour Club membership
Extended happy hour privileges for the Legacy Club holder and up to four (4) guests
10% discount on event space rental at One Of Us
Exclusive One Of Us Partner Perks (subject to availability and current partnerships)
5. Benefit Conditions and Limitations
5.1 Non-Transferability
Legacy Club benefits are personal to the named Member and are non-transferable except where explicitly stated (e.g., guest allowances for happy hour). Benefits may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to third parties.
5.2 Guest Privileges
Guest privileges associated with extended happy hour are limited to the number of guests specified for each tier. Guests must be accompanied by the named Member and are subject to the same conduct standards as Members.
5.3 Birthday Benefit
The complimentary birthday drink benefit is available once per Legacy Club year, redeemable within 7 days of the Member’s documented birthday. Valid photo identification may be required.
5.4 Events
Invitations to the soft opening, exclusive events, and private picnics are subject to capacity and scheduling. One Of Us will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all eligible Members but cannot guarantee attendance if capacity is reached. No cash equivalent or substitute will be provided for missed events.
5.5 Merchandise
Limited edition merchandise will be fulfilled within a reasonable time following Legacy Club activation. Specific items, designs, and delivery timelines are at the discretion of One Of Us and subject to availability.
6. Legacy Club Duration and Renewal
Legacy Club membership and its associated benefits are valid for life from the date of activation. Annual benefits (e.g., private luncheon, birthday pint) reset each Legacy Club year and are available to members in perpetuity. One Of Us will communicate any updates to annual benefit schedules in advance.
7. Member Conduct
One Of Us is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all staff, Members, guests, and visitors. Membership in the Wolf Pack Legacy Club is a privilege, not a right, and it carries with it a responsibility to uphold the values and standards of the One Of Us community.
7.1 General Standards
All Members and their guests are expected, at all times and in all interactions with One Of Us — whether on-premises, at Club-associated events, or in any communications directed at One Of Us staff or affiliates — to:
Treat all staff, fellow Members, and guests with dignity and respect
Comply with all posted rules, policies, and reasonable directions from One Of Us staff
Refrain from conduct that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others or to the One Of Us environment
Abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of Legacy Club membership and benefits, without refund:
Physical or verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or harassment directed at any One Of Us staff member, Member, or guest
Discriminatory language or behavior based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact, or predatory behavior of any kind
Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of Legacy Club privileges, including but not limited to sharing membership benefits with unauthorized individuals or misrepresenting membership status
Engaging in or facilitating any illegal activity on One Of Us premises or at Club-associated events
Vandalism, theft, or willful damage to One Of Us property or the property of any staff, Member, or guest
Recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing the likeness of staff, Members, or guests without their consent in a manner that violates their privacy or dignity
Conduct that One Of Us, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be contrary to the values, reputation, or best interests of the Club or the One Of Us brand
7.3 Guest Responsibility
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Any behavior by a guest that would constitute a violation of this Code of Conduct if carried out by a Member may result in the Member’s guest privileges being suspended or revoked, or in the suspension or revocation of the Member’s own Legacy Club benefits, at the sole discretion of One Of Us.
7.4 Reporting
One Of Us encourages Members and guests to report any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct to a staff member or manager. Reports may be made in person at the bar or in writing to contact@oneofusbar.com. One Of Us will treat all reports with discretion and investigate in good faith.
7.5 Revocation of Membership Benefits
One Of Us reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke a Member’s Legacy Club benefits at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of any conduct that One Of Us, in its sole discretion, deems to be in violation of this Agreement, including this Code of Conduct.
In exercising this right, One Of Us may consider the severity of the conduct, whether it is part of a pattern of behavior, and any other relevant circumstances. One Of Us is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for its decision to revoke benefits.
Revocation of benefits shall be effective immediately upon written notice to the Member at the contact information on file. No refund of any contribution shall be provided in the event of revocation for cause.
8. Modifications to the Club
One Of Us reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wolf Pack Legacy Club or any individual benefit at any time. In the event of a material reduction in benefits, affected Members will be given not less than 30 days’ written notice. One Of Us will make reasonable efforts to offer comparable substitute benefits where possible.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE CLUB AND ALL ASSOCIATED BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” ONE OF US MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE CLUB. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONE OF US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS CLUB.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
By participating in the Club, Members consent to the collection and use of personal information (including name, contact details, and birthday) for the purposes of administering the Club. One Of Us will not sell or share Member data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law. A full privacy policy is available upon request.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County.
